I find my eye twitching to the sound of the snare drum or whatever it is when waiting for my group and world is popping along. There has to be some way to turn it off, to silence the constant. Under Options you want to change Chat Audio to either Battle or Off. That should preserve the other audio for the game and just silence the beat of people chatting.
