   Also doesnt seem to prevent me from shooting at enemies through the area i casted it over, so maybe it just impedimenta yet at all?

   Oddly enough, this skill ALSO causes 'effected' enemies to change facing direction, even though its just a cloud of smoke (that doesnt actually appear or work)
