    The game server will be down for maintenance on Tuesday, April 13, starting at 10:00 am GMT+1. The game will be unavailable for 2 hours.

    [CET]: 11:00 am - 01:00 pm
    [EST]: 05:00 am - 07:00 am
    [PST]: 02:00 am - 04:00 am

    Your title is wrong, it should say 9:00 GMT, though I prefer UTC (same as GMT) since the when command uses that timezone.

    The title was missing the +1. The problem is with the daylight saving time, which is still the case for EU/NA.
