Hi, I've just had the following happening (not the first time at all): I'll bet Grug is going to stab Rodolf. Yup. Just like that. Grug moved. Rodolf is wearing armor - Rusty Armor reduced damage to Rodolf by 3. Rodolf discarded Rusty Armor. Rodolf took 5 Piercing damage. The attack card was a Predictable Stab (so 5 damage). Why did I take 5 damage and not 2 ?
Any chance Grug had some sort of Frenzy 3 card (Mass Frenzy, Frenzy Aura, Horned Plates, Blind Rage)? Or could Rodolf have had Unholy Curse attached? Those should show up in the logs, though.
Try to get a log and then post it in the "Bugs" forum. To get a log: Press F1 to open the console and F1 again to make it full screen. Type "clip" (without the quotation marks) and hit enter. Paste somewhere else (on my computer, it seems to become an incomprehensible mess in Notepad, so I use Word). The log will be huge, so be sure to go looking for what's relevant: scroll all the way down to the bottom to find the most recent events in the game, then copy what you need to the forum. You can also take this opportunity to check and be sure no other card is interacting.
