Was not sure if it was better to report this under bug reports or support request so I will just repeat it here and wait for reply in whichever is appropriate; Returning to the game after a long time, I noticed that items from pre-made parties I had purchased are absent from my inventory. I asked about this in the general chat and several people messaged me saying they had the same issue. I have no problem with any other changes to items or other F2P content, but given that I paid real money for this content I am keen to know what can be done about it? Apologies for the repeat post, just looking forward to playing with the aforementioned cards!
