When playing the Friendly Fire card its direct damage is buffed by cards like Firestarter, unlike every other Fire card in the game. I don't have any logs about it since this happened about a week ago.
I have done a little testing with that card: Friendly Fire is not affected Wimpy (or frenzies?) Friendly Fire initial damage is boosted by Firestarter. Friendly Fire initial damage is done even if the affected character has Arrogant Armor
