    The usual response to this kind of post...

    1. Write support@cardhunter.com with your request, and they'll get right on it.

    2. However, why do you want to reset? Often it's unnecessary. You can hire new adventurers from the taverns; you can play through all the adventures, even keeping a list of what "new" items you get only during that run; etc. If you want to relive all the lovely GM dialogue, you can start a different account to go through that now and then. (Sir Veza has said he has an alternate account essentially for this reason and asks to reset it now and then.) This game and its devs are fine with alt accounts since it doesn't really change the balance or anything, as long as you don't misbehave with them of course.
