This may just go on the same heap as "items keep being visible/selectable/what-have-you when switching characters." I'm trying to recruit an entire new party. So I have one character left in my party (the one I am required to keep after removing all others) and I recruit a new party member. In my active "clipboard," the new character visually goes behind that one lingering character. Okay, now, because I WANTED to remove that one lingering character, I click the "Remove From Party" button. Somehow, my new party member slides out from behind and goes into the inactive pile. Long description for a short bug. Which probably has already reported. I think I'm tired.
