I looked up the words "card hunter" in Google Trends to get some idea of where the game is played. Here's what came up. Region City Not surprisingly, English speaking countries seems to dominate. Australia was also no surprise since he devs are stationed there. Keep in mind that this only tells us where the search phrase "card hunter" is being used. It probably does not directly correlate with where the game is actually played. Singapore is relatively high imo. I wonder why that is. Anyone here from these top cities? (btw the city number 8 that doesn't show in the list is London).
I was curious about this as well earlier and made a poll to try to find out. http://forums.cardhunter.com/thread...rdhuntria-but-where-are-you-from-really.4477/
Maybe it's just so that in e.g. Singapore players (or a couple of very active ones) are more likely to use Google search to open the game site instead of writing the exact same characters into the address field (well, the Google auto-completion saves a few keystrokes if you play in a web café or some other place where you don't control the PC). I have heard this is how many people routinely access everything on the Internet instead of using bookmarks or the address field.
