Reflexive Teleport not being triggered by crushing sweep

I'm being attacked from the front but crushing sweep has such a large range that the 4x4 mob is offset at a diagonal angle from me. It should still be triggering my reflexive teleport but it is not.

Likely because Reflexive Teleport only responds when you're chosen as a target, and Crushing Sweep can't chose its targets.

 

The card does say it "targets" every creature. This wording may need clarified.
