Reflecting block did not reflect ooze shove

I was playing in the ooze ball league and blocked an ooze shove with reflecting block. The ooze shove was cancelled, but the attacker was not pushed back at all. The attacker should have been pushed back three from the block.

And "working as intended" is also completely nonsensical and obviously wrong.

 

I wouldn't say "obviously wrong" but I would say it is confusing. Reflecting Block should re-change the caster to be the person blocking which would make a lot more sense (the direction of the spell is reflected).
