Recruit fail?

I don't remember anyone reporting this yet, but I'm sorry if it has been said already. I went to recruit Batmage the Human Wizard into my party, and I paid the gold for him and he showed up in my party in the tavern. But then when I went to a shop to equip him, he was gone! The gold as still gone as well.

It worked the second time after I aquired enough gold to get poor old Batmage again.

 

Did you check on the left side so he didn't just get moved in with the reserves?

 

I tried to, but is there an easier way to search through all those characters?

and sadly no the easy way is to not make 50 dwarf warriors for 2 g each until the delete option is implemented that is

Nope, no extra Batmage. He dissappeared.

 

Poor batmage we hardly had time to know you before you departed and you left a hole impossible to fill ... without 10 gold.

 

Do you ever get gold for finishing adventures? If not, then it might have given it back and I just had thought I had earned it.

 

I'll look again. I think it might have given me the gold back, unless you can gain gold from beating adventures.

So it either dumped my char and refunded me the gold or there was an operator error of some kind....that's just as likely, lol.
