I had two raging strikes and guardian angel in my hand - I was facing my enemy properly for block and guardian angel did not proc.
Its because the attack wasn't lethal before the raging strikes trigger its working as intended as far as i know
Figured, my inner instinct said to me it should trigger always when I'm supposed to die... so vulnerable trait & raging strikes are rather useful against guardian angel, interesting. Edit: Guardian Angel: Block any. Only triggers when damage would kill you. Draw a card.
