I deleted 5 characters in sp because i want to replace them with the level 10 characters from the other tavern. They have no equips in the sp keep but some of them have in the mp keep. My question now is if my items equipped to those chars in mp keep got deleted as well? I am hoping it doesn't work that way because some of those are epics and a few legendaries and it is kind of hard to check if I lost those items since I deleted 5 characters at once and I don't remember exactly what those items are. I immediately regret my decision. Please tell me it is the way i am hoping it to be
No, deleting a character returns all their items to your inventory. A lot of players keep characters that aren't in the main party 'naked', i.e. carrying no gear. It's easy to strip a character of gear by pressing CTRL and left click on each item. Players have asked BM for a 'remove all gear' button, but that's way down the priority list. You shouldn't really delete characters anyway. You can rename them and, I believe, swap their figurine for another you own at will. Buying level 10 characters saves some time, but you can level up characters fast by taking them through a module 2 levels higher than their current level, which gives them a 1 level increase in XP on completion.
