Got regular chests from QD Shrine league. Intentional? It's an old league, but I was really hoping for more new shinys. (And I thought we had 4 Cit-themed leagues...)
I kinda like it that there are only 3/4 Citadel leagues. At least some new players have chance to get lower level items via those regular league chest.
I didn't realize we were putting Shrine QD in the rotation... there are only 3 Citadel leagues at this time. And yes, getting normal chests from Shrine QD is expected behavior. But hey Pawndawan's point is pretty good. =)
