Some combination of Predictable Stab, Parry and Crude Plates seems to be giving the client fits as of v2.20. Parry gets hung on screen and the client will no longer accept clicks, although you can drag the map around and open the menu, but not click any menu options.

This is basically a repeat of a post from new build thread, but following suggestions to create it's own thread.

I had the same problem in Frozen Cavern. When my warrior tried to parry a spear attack Parry got hung on screen and i couldn't do anything. Happend two times in a row.

Predictable stab also caused the same situation with Hard to Pin Down.

Firefox v24 -- I just played the first encounter of Frozen Caverns, and the last Trog killed himself with a Predictable Stab, which I blocked with Weak Parry. The damage resolved normally, including his Tough Hide rolls (he had two out), but he had 1 HP and his armor didn't save him (1 success, 1 failure). When he died, the Victory animation came up in a layer further forward than Weak Parry, and the game continued functioning otherwise normally, but Weak Parry never disappeared.

I can't edit posts right now, more on that elsewhere (Firefox and the forums...)

To clarify that last clause: Weak Parry didn't disappear until the battle area was cleared away and I was looking at Aftermath. Everything returned to normal at that point.

It might have behaved that way if resolving that action hadn't ended the fight.
