I'm not 100% certain that it duplicated but because of its item level I'm fairly sure i didn't find it. So i either got two Crusty helm from the same 50 gold chest without noticing or i somehow duplicated it while moving it around zooming in on its cards and clicking take all from the chest. If someone has time do look in to it that would be good as i think it was duplicated. Still there after re-logging and moving between shop modules and other places.
