You're part of a ragtag group of pirates, plundering the seas. One day at the docks, a much larger ship approaches, and lowers a bridge onto your boat to try and steal your treasure! Stop them!
That is a lot of stuff to keep track of, can get overwhelming. At the very least you shouldn't use the same characters for the human and AI teams. It can be hard to tell which ones are yours or not. Maybe mass confusion was what you were going for but I like knowing exactly who I'm controlling without having to manually check. Also, why put victory points on the map when you need so many to win? I just finished killing everything except one servant who you have no way of getting to. You put servants from opposing sides next to each other on that island and if you don't kill theirs first the match is a stalemate unless you want to keep passing turns for a victory point win. I think you should exclude them from the point total like the ones in the main campaign.
