The Proposal Administrative Functions Requested for Guild Leaders Give permission to recruit new guild members Give permission to bestow titles/ceremonies Give permission to remove members (OPTIONAL) Leadership is passed to highest contributing member after leader is inactive for 6 months Intended Results Right now, the leader has to be online to recruit a member, if they live in a different timezone than the recruit it can make things difficult An entire guild can fall into disrepair if the leader goes inactive, new members cannot be recruited If a guild has contribution requirements, then a member who is abusing the ranking system by tanking cannot be removed without the leader.
