If you make your payment for pizza slices but somehow are not around when the pizza is delivered because your internet and/or client died, when you log back in, you don't have your pizza.
Was there a specific date and time when this happened? I do see a transaction record around the time of this post that look like the transaction with PayPal was never completed (possibly because the browser window was closed before returning to the game from PayPal). In that case, your PayPal account would not have been charged for the purchase. If you aren't online when the delivery receipt shows up and the transaction has reached the stage where your account is billed, you should still receive your pizza.
