Couldn't find anything outside of searches, but has there been anything said about any other methods? I don't use PayPal personally, so I'm just curious if PayPal only could be an issue. Then again, if the devs are still interested I wouldn't be surprised if they could get this game up on steam (as have been mentioned in the past) - even if it's a browser game. Don't Starve is a chrome app to begin with, so can't say there's much technical difference - also, it was available there in a beta state for about 6 months. Either way, just crossed my mind that I'd finally have to set up a PP account if more classic payment options are not available. Edit: Then again, it seems paypal supports standard credit/debit card transactions, so I guess it's not much on an issue maybe - as it's not requiring an actual PP account with money on it.
Airmech is a browser game too and its in steam, and only pay pal its a terrible idea! Pay pal isn't avaliable every where, I got a credit card but here in the country that I live (paraguay) the pay pal dont exist so even with a card I cant do anything for CH right now
I'm sure BlueManchu will accomidate you guys in a way as they want your money as much as you want to give it to them. So standby for word from them! Alternatively you can send me your credit card information as well as birth certificate, photo ID, and car keys to my address and I will take care of ya
I used to play a browser based CCG and they accepted a HUGE assortment of payment methods. I honestly don't see them coming up with a way to accept funds from the players being a hassle. Paypal doesn't work for everyone, I could see game cards and other things coming in the future which would be cool.
