Currently, the interaction between Path Of Knives and Crude Plates is bizarre. Here's what I think is happening, though I can't be sure: -Character with Crude Plates moves -They get a single roll for Crude Plates -They move back one space at a time all the way until they can't move anymore -Multiple "slice" animations play successively, some dealing damage and some not Here's what I think should happen (though I can't be sure): -Character with Crude Plates moves -They get a roll for Crude Plates -If they succeed, goto LoopStart and deal them damage equal to 2*SpacesMoved - 4 and play slice animation -If they fail, deal 2*SpacesMoved damage, play slice animation, and end LoopStart: -They move back 1 space -They get a roll for crude plates -If they fail, they take 2 damage, play slice animation, and end -If they succeed, play slice animation then goto LoopStart Part of this seems to stem from the fact that Crude Plates moves them back before the hitting animation plays, instead of after. This can be confusing generally, because when Dodge procs and you move out of range, you don't get hit. But when Crude Plates moves you out of range, you still get hit. You get (armor rolls) -> (knockback) -> (*whack*) when I think you should get (armor rolls) -> (*whack*) -> (knockback).
