If I pass and then my opponent uses a move card that allows him to take a another action such as Flanking Move and then passes as his second action, I am prompted again to take a turn forcing me to pass again, though I already passed. This essentially allows my oppent to take the advantage of going first next round after I have already passed first. Is this working as intended?
