no chests after the league ends?

    Yesterday I closed my game before the league ended.Today I log in to find it says:you got 2nd place and 2 chests.But there is nothing at all,I'm sure none of the two kind of chest was received.

    Where can I report this problem,is there a custom service?

    Could you possibly be looking in the wrong chest shop? Some leagues use a different chest shop.

    If it was Turret Tango, it guarantees Citadel chests, so try the Citadel chest shop.
