Um... Hi I'm Wolf and I like this game but I quite suck um maybe a purely elven party is a bad idea? I seem to lose quite a lot... Um.. I guess I could just replace my elf cleric and warrior and use human and or a drawf? Also um about holiday items when they come out do I gotta do PvP to get them..? If I'm not good at campaign certainly can't beat gamers....
There are many threads on this forum that will help you with strategy and tactics. All elves is probably a slight disadvantage, but not impossible. Holiday items can be gained from the campaign.
You can replay the easier missions once a day to get more gold and items to help you out. And holiday items are nothing special - just regular items that look different and have another name.
Good to hear! Yes, dwarves and humans tend to survive better, but as hatchhermit said, elves aren't impossible, just harder. If you play them make sure to go back and repeat levels you've already beaten again just to increase your XP. This will keep your health a little higher.
