Hi! I just started playing Card Hunter a few days ago and I've had a very good experience so far. I recently won one of my first league matches, tying with 1 win with 2 other players in my pod. Once the league was over, I got a message from Gary saying I had 2 epic chests waiting for me to open in the Chest Shop. Great! I ended up opening the first chest but when I clicked the reset button my game froze in the loading screen. After about 5-6 minutes of waiting, I decided to restart the game. To my surprise, the second chest was gone and I had no new epics or treasures in my inventory. I'm not sure what to do, I figured asking in World Chat and posting here was my best bet. World Chat said the items would be in my inventory but after theorycrafting with a friend for 3 hours today I had counted how many epics and legendaries I had beforehand, and I only had the new ones from the 1st Epic Chest.
