These are "short names" for the items. I agree that they probably should sound more like the full name.
There are some short name that is still too long and got truncated at the end. Maybe we could make it so the tooltips actually show the full name instead of just showing "Where this card come from" it will show: "This card come from: Bishop's Healing Ring"
