Pros: Playing CH with my friend, awesome! Using my high level characters to help him get started is great. Priest support with triple Savage Skill of Ilijin is loltastic. Cons: 2 players only get 1 character each... while it's nice they have 1 additional card draw each, the missing hit points from not having a 3rd character is huge! Let my friend have the pair while I have the single, that's fine by me I don't mind, but let 2 people have access to 3 characters! Progression gets mangled pretty badly. My friend is only leveling up a single character, where as by themselves playing the game three characters all get experience in tandem. This makes him switching out to try a different class especially problematic. Getting our own loot is a plus, but not being able to gift items we earn together is unfortunate. It's not full blown trading since we still have to play together. It's just too bad when I get something nice I'd like to pass on, I can't. All in all good stuff, not sure if my friend will stay for the long haul, but we're enjoying co-op for the moment. I do with 2 player co-op wasn't so punishing though. While there shouldn't be huge advantages to playing co-op, there definitely should not be penalties and that is definitely what is happening in 2 player co-op. It's definitely pretty laggy since the update, but I assume this is just from the bombardment of extra players coming from the game showing up on Steam.
Has anyone tested how co-op interacts with the loot fairy? For example, I finish LF on my own. Then I get invited to a party and the leader picks that same adventure.
