My Account Is Broken (Cards Freezing constantly in PVP)

I had a game freeze during PVP earlier, where I played a card and the game refused any other inputs. Unlike other freezes I experienced, I could still mouse over cards, select them, my timer was still going down, I could click on buttons, such as resign, but nothing happened.

Left the game for about 10 hours.

Came back on, jumped into another PVP, same thing happening, I play a card, 1 in 3 chance it freezes, can still mouse over stuff, flash/browser hasn't crashed.

I have tried:

• Clearing my cache 2 times.
• Checking that my internet connection was fine, DNS, up/down tests, checking if packets were getting lost.
• Using Firefox instead of Chrome.
• Turning it off and on again.
• Doing stuff in single player (Having no problems there at all)

None of these things helped at all so I figure there's actually something truly wrong with my account. I can't play multiplayer without this strange freezing problem happening constantly. My rating has dropped quite badly while I was trying to find out what's happening.

Can someone *please* take a look at my account? I can't play the game at the moment. ;_;

Oh and... here's a screenshot of what happens when it's frozen. If that helps.

 

As an update, I got a few pvp chests for doing sod all. Not sure if opponent left, or the game is confused. So I stopped troubleshooting now.

 

This problem is still occurring.

 

The game's still acting up, has been for a while now. It's not only today, I've had occurrences of the game stopping upon cards being played before. Never quite as frequent as today's horrendous freezing though.

 

This is how bad it is. I suddenly get the defeat screen for no reason when I play a card. I refresh, it puts me back in the same battle. Suddenly I get victory screen instead. Meanwhile I just got two PVP chests at once. The matrix is falling guys.

@Jon @Flaxative I'm assuming you're aware of this/these issues, but just hollering at you if you're not.
