Multiplayer Game Stuck On AI Turn [Error #1009]

    Was playing a multiplayer game this evening and got matched up against Melvin. At the end of the first round Melvin passed, but instead of becoming my turn, the game remained on Melvin's turn, saying "Melvin is playing," but my turn timer continued to run & my cards were greyed out. The console references Error #1009.
