I didn't include console info because I don't know if it is a bug and it always happens.... If this is the way it is supposed to be just ignore my DA ramblings. Whenever I happen to be under the effects of an Encumbrance card, Attack/Move cards do not seem to be impaired. Lunging Hack allows you to move 1 even when encumbered by a 2. Also the Attack/Move cards will target allies with red when no other Attack specific card does. If you use an Attack/Move card intending to only use it for the move and happen to be within range of an ally, the done box does not appear and you are forced to strike an ally.
First one is the cause of much debate, the second is working as intended, also subject to much debate.
