I like the game and decided to support it (and my team) by purchasing two epic chests (300 pizza slices). The items from the second chest did NOT show up in my inventory until several hours later. I had almost given up on them and looked for them in the chest shop and in my inventory several times. 10 minutes ago I found them in one of the chest shops. Either there is a delay (bug) in the purchasing process, or I needed to check the correct chest shop again (at first I only checked one of the chest shops). I'm not sure if I bought them in the single player chest shop or in the multiplayer shop. Do they differ?
