    Someone was having trouble downloading from the meta site, so here's the ceremony uploaded.

    Thanks. I wonder what the problem was there. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Fwiw, I believe they couldn't download any of the files, this just happened to be the one they wanted. When they were trying, they were getting them as html files apparently. I didn't try to figure it out, just thought this was an easy quick workaround.
