I recall the Member benefit being that you get a bonus item from each chest at least as rare as the most-rare item in the chest. Well, that's not how it's working for me. I've gotten Epic loot in the chest, and pickled herring on the member pillow. The pillow rarely, and seemingly randomly, matches the most-rare item in the chest. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Did I misunderstand the membership benefit?
It's based on the guaranteed item (like the mp chests and the treasure hunt epics) - not the rarest item you get in the chest. But yes, it's not very transparent and something people have asked to be made clearer - to avoid confusion.
