   I can see Mauve Manticore 1-5 and 7 on my map, but not 6.

   Mine disappeared as well.
   I think the issue is, I [and presumably you] never got around to loading up the map, so it never triggered as activated, thus got locked when the new Manticore came out, as Manticores do.
   
   Beating 7 ought re-unlock it.

   Yep, finishing 7 (which shouldn't be too difficult) will unlock it.
