After so many posts about the weakness of healing, I finally came across a post from Mr Mushroom about how they intentionally toned down healing so it didn't extend games and make them boring. That makes total sense. There is no mana in this game, and no Encounter Powers limiting the amount of healing. If healing did more, you could just heal all the livelong day. So healing could be transfering. If a heal spell was take 2 to heal 8, and couldn't be self targeted, then it would be interesting. If all healing was unholy, and all unholy spells were self damage no self target, then it would also be a twist on the traditional derpy hit point battery cleric class.
...and then Dwarf Priests would be provably superior to any other Priest (and Elf Priests provably the WORST) simply due to the amount of HP they have to "transfer."
The solution is simple either healing is too weak and it needs a buff or its not and we don't change it fidgeting with the base for it wont make it work
