On advancement to level 15 when I got my first major power token, the same little "burst" animation on the character card that shows up when you earn a minor power token (right under the character portrait) fires off, except there is no token behind it. At first I thought the major power token graphic was just not showing up, but I realized what it was doing was replacing one of the minor tokens that was already allocated in the items section with a major one. The "burst" animation should have appeared over the token being replaced. No screen cap, sorry. I may advance to lvl 16 tonight and if it happens the same way I will record it & add it here.
The token animations are funny that way, and it's been reported. This will continue for the next levels. At level 19 the system will find yet another way to confuse, too. (Note the linked posts talk about the "replaced" talent system. "Replaced" in quotation marks because I have no idea how much more revision they'll do.)
