Hello, I logged into the game and was editing my characters in the Keep. I mistakenly closed Chrome itself instead of one of the tabs I had open. Now when I try to login I get this: Ooops!
Is this still happening? It looks like something was holding your original session open for about 20 minutes before it finally timed out. I'll make sure to add a task for us to add a way to boot a stale connection instead of having it just lock you out like that until the old session times out.
I waited 2 minutes to see if the "connection timed out message appeared", which it did, but it still locked me out when I refreshed and tried to log in again. Went away for half an hour and it was working when I got back.
I know this is an old topic, but I am also now running into this problem. My connection has been in use for almost 2 hours now, and I am getting the same issue. Given this is partly my fault for not closing down the window when I left, but there really needs to be an override that allows you to connect.
