So I discovered that a misguided heal will still earn a card from talented healer if it kills the target.
I'm going to change Talented Healer rule text to make it clear that this is allowed. The card draw is triggered by the play of the healing card, so the fact that the target is dead by the time the healing tries to work is irrelevant.
