Does anyone know how to get it to happen consistently?
I had this recently when my character died because of a jarring block. The card then attached itself to a monster!
I don't recall seeing this with jarring block, but recently I had Unstable Bolt get stuck after it killed my character. It was my own card. The damage triggered when I moved. The card was stuck in the middle of the screen, half spun (as though it was in the process of leaving the screen.) It went away after another card was played. Also, I'm not certain it was the same case, but I do remember seeing Unstable Bolt attached to an enemy as though it was a trait or something.
