So i found the item Infused Greatclub and i can say with decent certainty that it is stronger then it should be for its talent cost.

Figured we could report other items like that in here as well just make sure they really seam wrong not just powerful

Can you give us a clue as to cost / card set?

    lvl 11 rare
    2 white circles
2x 17 1x5 3x4 damage = 8.6 damage average rounded down and no drawbacks of any kind on either of those cards.

comparable to a lvl 14 uncommon axe
1 white circle 1 brown square
2x17 4x2 damage step 1 = 7 damage average no drawbacks on any items

So the item is lower level which doesn't really mater that much but it also uses no browns and does 1.6 damage more per card by giving up 4x step 1

or if you want to compare to equal talent items there is a axe loaded with good chops that if they all hit 2 targets every time is 1.4 damage average over that weapon but that is if they all hit 2 every time.

I might be in the wrong here but it feels like the mace should be 1 white 1 brown and a higher level item so that makes sense.

Rares are often more powerful than a higher level uncommon. I've got a zero talent hefty stout club with a strong bludgeon(8 damage), 2 trained bludgeon(6 damage) and 3 able bludgeon(5 damage). This is far better than most talentless weapons, and it's a lvl 2 rare.

I know that its just that this one is such a big leap in a lot of things compared to every single other item i have that is bellow brown square. I have even heard concerns about the 17 damage attacks at all so being on a white only item seams way overboard and the fact that its no drawback and really high overall damage pushes it way past what you are talking about which is a fine item but nothing amazing.

This is just my opinion obviously!

I'm not sure this is a problem. I'm not in beta though, so my opinion is very limited, but it's the nature of card games that some cards are better than others. In CH, this equates to "some items have better card suites than others". It looks like you've found one of the "better" options for a weapon below brown square. That doesn't necessarily mean it's "too" good.

I do support your idea that the community should start creating lists of items like this though, but more for discussion purposes than "OMG this needs to be fixed!" reasons.

It's entirely possible you are right Wozarg, and this item is "too" good. There just isn't enough data (especially from my perspective) to judge conclusively.

If it is too good, then it'll be "corrected". Several items have been already.

Exactly which is why I'm making sure to bring it to their attention so they can judge it in case it slipped by.

I have that as well, and it has never left my warriors hands. Just too awesome.

Found a arcane item with not talent cost and a firewall. Considering how strong that spell is i really think that is too powerful.

I have one too(Fiery Rod), but it has a drawback card(Unfortunate Surge, which is rather nasty). I actually prefer the items with two Hot Spot on them and no drawback(such as Burning Bangle).

You may be right that I'm just overreacting since a wall of fire like 7 out of 10 times is a hotspot. Thanks for the insight.

Though I will concede that two hot spots on one item may be overkill at no talent cost as well... perhaps they need to swap the second hot spot for Stone Spikes instead. I've only seen it on one arcane item so far(an epic at that), but it seems more fitting to no-talent items, and I would like to see firewall/acidpool style cards that create stone spike terrain.

Call them tremor for the cone one if you want one and earthquake for the 3x3 one ^^

I was thinking Spiked Pit for the 3x3, and Spiked Ditch for the firewall one. ;)

But that ruins the geomancer vibe!

You do know there are warrior weapons with no talent cost with two or three 10 damage cards on them right?

I wouldn't count violent as a 10 damage attack since it has to eat another card and also the fact that it has a drawback that is massive on some maps makes it even more fine.

Still has Massive Chop which hits two enemies for 10 damage

Yes, but Large Weapon is a serious drawback.
    I think it's pretty balanced.
