I know that certain types of damage are designed to interact with different abilities, but is it possible to provide a link to info about what each damage type does on its own? When I first started playing I confused piecing damage with penetrating and was trying to get through armor with no success. I tried to look it up on the help menu, however I couldn't load it, so I'm not sure if the info I was looking for was there at all. Is there any way to easily look up what each damage type does without leaving the main game?
Fortunately, it's simple: damage types are nothing but a label UNLESS some other card says differently. "Piercing"? Absolutely does not matter, UNLESS your enemy has an Armor card that says it protects against "Piercing." "Penetrating" is different. Notice that it's in the "rules box" on the card, so it actually "does something." Because it is a keyword, it has explanatory text when you hover your mouse over it, so there's no worry of forgetting.
