I often encounter that Draw effects dont work in Quick Draw.
I dont understand: is it a bug or game feature.

    Situation.

    1. Start of Round!!!
    2. All my characters draw 2 cards each (no traits played as far as i remember) (add: and 1 card from buff)
    3. I cast Demonic Power on my Wizard.... priet takes his 3 dmg.... and thats all... no card draws...

    I made a screenshot as a proof.

Couple rounds earlier same had happened with Inspire: casted Inspire.. and nothing.. no draw....

The only thing i noticed - is that in this cased it seems that character's Deck was zero (out of his 7 cards), and it was not replenished untill new round, BUT new round did not set it to 7.

This way you can start new round with 2 cards in deck, draw them.... and thats all. No more draws under any circumstances untill next round.

This seems confusing, im not sure if this is a fearutere, but for sure it lowers the price of cards with draw effects in QD.

ps: this bug/feature costed me a game and a purple chest.... from now on i'l try to avoid these cards in qd.

    No bugs here.
Wizard has 7 cards total: 4 in hand, 2 attachments, 1 terrain attachment.
Until attachment is gone or the tile you cast first as a terrain attachment is gone, these cards won't return to wizard's deck.

Yep, your wizard's entire quick draw deck is 7 cards. It has 4 in its hand and 0 in its deck because the 3 remaining cards are in play, therefore there is nothing to draw.

Fwiw, technically these aren't Quick Draw rules, they're just the rules of the game. They just rarely come into play outside of QD because normal decks are large enough there are always more cards in them.

Also, this should not cause you to necessarily shy away from draw cards in QD, it just means there's another game mechanic to manage. So for example in your given scenario, if instead of playing Demonic Power right away, if you had played Flanking Move and Winds of War first, this would have used and discarded these two cards back into your deck. Now you can play Demonic Power and you know you'll draw Flank and WoW because they're the only two cards in your deck.
