Intentionally identical items?

I just noticed these two Arcane Items in the store:



Are these supposed to be functionally identical? They seem to be the only example of that which I'm aware of; they not only have identical card suites but also occupy the same equip slot.

 

Nope... that's a bug. No two items should be identical. Thanks for pointing it out!
