Deep in hostile territory, with my entire party lost except for my Priest, I figured I'd be nice to those who killed me by tossing out an Inspiring Presence before I died. It was so very altruistic of me that it triggered Altruism. That probably shouldn't happen. To confirm, I tested by control-clicking Inspiration and using it on an enemy directly. This test did not trigger Altruism.
