You can get the pre-made party from EttSC early if someone(who has unlocked the adventure) invites you to their team and plays it than everyone in the party can get it if they haven't already.
You can play co-op loot fairy with players that don't have good characters if you first let them equip part of this pre-made party before playing the loot fairy, though they won't get the buffed loot. (unless they have unlocked the adventure and is not exhausted)
