It might be a ways out yet, but I am curious of how to get into the beta testing group. Looked around the forum and couldn't find anything on the matter.
Everyone gets dropped on an island, given a mystery bag containing a weapon and the last one off wins.
Ahhh, alright; good to know. Just wanted to make sure I have a good chance of being in the beta testing process; and after reading your description I am a shoe in. Just as long as I don't get stuck with the quarter staff.
Pretty sure thats not how its done. Jon will ask the users to guess a number between 1 and 1,000,000 and you only get one guess submission and you have to be exact Edit: In response to redcap, pretty sure it will be a standard e-mail related thing like with most beta's these days
I have to say, I don't really know how we'll do this yet. Once we do know, I'll be sure to let you guys know as soon as possible though.
Just so long as it doesn't go in alphabetical order, with only a limited number given out. Or by number of posts...
We'll have you take photos of yourselves with as many fake magic items possible. The person able to carry the most items get to have a beta testing key! Note, however, that we are liable neither for hernias nor strained backs. Shh, don't tell Jon. He doesn't know yet.
If you have any real magic items, do they count more? I'm led to understand that this sand containing the mixed grains of two different Tibetan Buddhist sand mandalas can be used to impart blessings.
So how well do you people do with games that have player diplomacy in the mechanics? You know, alliances and secrets and betrayals and things? Just asking.
