As the title says. I'm a pretty new player, but I've been suspecting for a while that hard to block is not working generally - I've never noticed it reduce an armor roll. Details of when I confirmed it, though: Single player campaign Throne of Strench, first encounter Elf wizard spark v Trog gouger crude plate He rolled a 6, it was not modified (and a 6 should be impossible vs a hard to block 2) The how-to-bug-post thread asks for version number, but I'm not sure where to find it. As I said, I'm pretty new, if I'm just misunderstanding the mechanic I'd appreciate if someone explained it.
Not a bug, answered here. The trog used armor, not block. Hard to block does not affect armor. It's a common point of confusion so don't feel bad about it .
Crude Plates is an armour card (grey background, reduces incoming damage), whereas the effects of 'Hard to Block' only applies to block cards such as, well, Block (green background, cancels an enemy card entirely).
