Gary's told me about victory squares in Ruby Demon Portal a number of times; go to final battle, see tutorial. I'm not sure of the context, but could it be that this speech triggers once per type of challenge attempted? I'm fairly sure I've seen this tutorial multiple times in for-experience play, though.
