[Feedback] fast-track player reporting features

    At least one player (not gonna name names, because my last such thread got locked) has taken to threatening others with 20-minute stalls unless they quit immediately, and heaps abuse on them if they refuse.

    Please please please please please please please please fast-track those player reporting features and get them into the next build!
